Job title: Sales Administration Assistant (M/F) Role Summary: Support sales and finance teams by managing client data, contract administration, and billing processes within Salesforce. Expectations: Deliver accurate, timely administrative support; handle multiple concurrent projects; prioritize tasks and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Capture, enter, and maintain client information and documentation (contracts, orders, invoicing) in Salesforce. - Assist sales teams in project management and progress tracking. - Respond to client requests for contract extensions, legal status changes, product upgrades, and warranty additions. - Coordinate with sales and accounting on reimbursements, credit notes, and dispute resolution. - Ensure compliance with billing and contractual procedures. Required Skills: - Proficiency in office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong client‑service orientation and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. - Attention to detail and rigorous data entry skills. - English written proficiency (additional advantage).
