Job Description
Job title: Internal Quality Assurer – Health & Social Care (Level 5) Role Summary: Provides internal quality assurance for Health & Social Care apprenticeship programmes, ensuring delivery meets national standards and stakeholder expectations. Expectations: Demonstrate expertise in apprenticeship quality frameworks, maintain rigorous audit records, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal audits of apprenticeship delivery. - Review and validate evidence of learning against quality standards. - Advise trainers and managers on quality improvement actions. - Prepare quality assurance reports for stakeholders. - Update and maintain audit tools and documentation. - Support audit schedules and calibration exercises. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of apprenticeship quality assurance frameworks (e.g., Qualifications and Credit Framework, Standard). - Experience with Health & Social Care apprenticeship standards. - Analytical and audit skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Co‑ordination and organisational abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Level 5 Health & Social Care Internal Quality Assurer qualification (or equivalent). - Relevant health and social care professional qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3/4, ARC, or Chartered Institute of Personnel Development). - Valid UK driving licence preferred.
