Job Description
**Job title** Learning and Performance Consultant **Role Summary** Design, deliver and evaluate learning interventions to improve employee performance and member experience. Lead the full consultancy cycle – from needs analysis and data-driven proposals to instructional design, delivery and post‑implementation evaluation – while partnering with business leaders to align learning solutions with strategic objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality digital‑first learning solutions that meet business outcomes. - Manage multiple learning projects within agreed timelines and quality standards. - Maintain rigorous data collection and analysis to measure impact. - Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization. - Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse learning and performance data to identify improvement opportunities. - Design, develop and deliver engaging e‑learning, virtual, and in‑person content using Articulate, Camtasia and other digital tools. - Facilitate induction programmes and large‑group training sessions. - Evaluate learning effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods. - Partner with business leaders to define success metrics and ensure alignment with goals. - Recommend and implement performance‑support interventions (e.g., digital adoption tools such as Newired, WalkMe, Whatfix). - Oversee sign‑off processes and ensure technical accuracy and QA of all learning assets. - Maintain and update LMS content, ensuring administrative accuracy. - Support organisational change initiatives through targeted learning interventions. **Required Skills** - Excellent communication and people skills, with experience facilitating large audiences. - Strong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail. - Creativity and problem‑solving mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). - Hands‑on experience with digital adoption tools and AI applications in L&D. - Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theory. - Ability to analyse data, build proposals and measure learning impact. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 12 + months of contact‑centre experience or comparable performance‑support role. - Certifications in instructional design, project management or Microsoft Office Specialist preferred but not mandatory.
