Job Description
**Job Title:** People Operations Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end People Operations, compliance, and employee experience initiatives across France and the UK. Own HR lifecycle processes, systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits), legal compliance, and continuous improvement projects to support a fast‑growing, cross‑border organization. **Expatatations:** - Minimum 5 years in People Operations or HR Administration within high‑growth environments. - Proven experience managing People Ops across France and the UK. - Strong knowledge of French employment law and UK labour regulations. - Ability to operate independently on HR, legal, and operational matters while collaborating with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition. - Fluent in English and French (both used daily). **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute daily HR operations: onboarding, changes, offboarding. - Own HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration; coordinate with external providers in France and the UK. - Maintain up‑to‑date contracts, amendments and policies; act as primary contact for People‑related legal matters. - Monitor legislative changes and ensure timely compliance actions. - Document, standardize, and simplify key HR processes; lead People Ops projects (e.g., onboarding enhancements, HRIS upgrades, benefits programs). - Track and report on core People KPIs; maintain dashboards to inform decision‑making. **Required Skills:** - HR operations and systems expertise (HRIS, payroll, benefits). - Knowledge of French employment law and UK labour regulations. - Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in French and English, with daily usage. - Proactive, hands‑on approach to building lasting processes. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (minimum). - HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, HRCI) considered an advantage.

Expectations - Drive multi‑stakeholder, high‑impact scientific projects. - Mentor and develop junior data scientists. - Influence technical strategy across chemistry, ML, and engineering teams.
