**Job Title:** Business Development Representative (Sales Development Representative) **Role Summary:** Drive front‑line commercial growth for a global cyber‑security leader by prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales‑ready leads across target verticals. Act as the primary conduit between inbound/outbound prospects and Account Executives, supporting pipeline development and market intelligence. **Expectations:** - Achieve monthly/quarterly qualified‑lead targets and contribute to revenue goals. - Maintain high activity levels in outreach (calls, emails, social). - Demonstrate consistent learning of cyber‑security trends and product value. - Exhibit resilience, coachability, and a results‑driven mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and identify ideal customer profiles (financial services, e‑commerce, government, etc.). - Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events/webinars. - Qualify inbound marketing leads against ICP and sales criteria. - Record all activities and lead status in Salesforce (or similar CRM). - Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives, providing relevant background research. - Collaborate with marketing to relay campaign feedback and market signals. - Stay current on cyber‑threat intelligence and Netcraft’s solutions to articulate value propositions. **Required Skills:** - 1–2 years B2B sales or business development experience, preferably SaaS or cyber‑security. - Proven success selling to large enterprises or public‑sector organizations. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to personalize outreach. - Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Knowledge of sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC). - Self‑motivated, time‑management oriented, resilient, and coachable. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required; industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
