**Job Title:** Fullstack / Python Developer
**Role Summary:**
Develop end‑to‑end web applications using Python, modern JavaScript frameworks, and Microsoft Azure. Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions while collaborating in Agile teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver clean, well‑tested code that meets functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, code reviews, and retrospective meetings.
- Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and security.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable 3‑tier and Azure‑cloud systems.
- Develop Python microservices, scripts, and automation tasks.
- Build responsive UIs with React.js or Angular.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Provide design specs, effort estimates, and architectural inputs.
- Perform code reviews, peer debugging, and documentation maintenance.
- Recommend improvements for existing implementations.
- Support configuration management and maintain high‑quality documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- Python development (strong expertise).
- Modern UI frameworks – React or Angular; JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- RESTful API design, consumption, and integration.
- Relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) database experience.
- Version control with Git/GitHub.
- Agile project tracking tools (Jira).
- Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in Python (e.g., PCEP, PCAP) and Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ‑900, AZ‑204) preferred but not mandatory.
