**Job Title:** Manager, Sales Development
**Role Summary:** Lead and manage a team of outbound and inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified pipeline opportunities for a regional sales organization. Oversee prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM hygiene, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and operations to maximize funnel conversion.
**Expectations:**
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline and quota attainment for the SDR team.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data and reporting for leadership visibility.
- Act as a coach and mentor, fostering talent development in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process inbound sales inquiries for international and enterprise sales teams.
- Generate top‑of‑the‑funnel leads through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
- Qualify leads using BANT, MEDDIC, or equivalent frameworks; schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with pre‑sales and internal stakeholders.
- Research target demographics, industry trends, and customer pain points to inform outreach and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute multi‑channel lead generation campaigns (phone, email, network outreach) and support event‑based lead initiatives.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: update leads, opportunities, and accounts, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting.
- Analyze sales and pipeline metrics; produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Stay current on new products, pricing, and payment plans to inform sales conversations.
- Support participation in conferences, events, and other business development activities.
- Report on lead management, pipeline generation, and team performance to senior leadership.
**Required Skills:**
- 2+ years in sales or business development management, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Hands‑on experience in sales development or inside sales roles, with deep knowledge of prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development best practices.
- Proven ability to coach and develop high‑performance sales teams.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, sales funnels, and qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC).
- Proficiency with sales technologies: Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making and performance reporting.
- Results‑oriented, high ownership, and accountability.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
