**Job Title**: Data Integration Developer
**Role Summary**: Design, develop, and maintain middleware integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners. Deliver scalable, secure, and compliant services utilizing APIs, flat files, SQL, and cloud‑based platforms, ensuring data integrity and consistent business logic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect, build, and maintain robust middleware integrations across diverse protocols and data formats.
- Extract, transform, load, and ingest data from databases, APIs, and flat files, preserving integrity and consistency.
- Apply complex business rules to map, enrich, and transform datasets for downstream consumption.
- Securely transmit processed data to target systems, employing appropriate patterns and delivery protocols.
- Create and document standardized interfaces for core business systems, ensuring scalability and reusability.
- Gather, analyze, and document integration requirements; convert business processes into technical specifications.
- Support platform enhancement through testing, patching, and compliance management.
- Estimate effort for change requests and projects; prioritize tasks with the broader team.
- Monitor integration services for performance; implement optimizations to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Provide responsive third‑line support, collaborating with technology support teams to resolve incidents.
**Required Skills**
- 2+ years of software development, database management, or integration development experience, primarily using C#.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience managing diverse data formats and performing ETL operations.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management) and middleware platforms (Microsoft BizTalk Server, GoAnywhere, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).
- Ability to design secure, scalable integration patterns and implement reliable delivery mechanisms.
- Strong customer‑focus and communication skills, comfortable engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical problem‑solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Mulesoft Certified Integration Specialist) are preferred but not mandatory.
