Job Description
**Job Title:** Quality Specialist Intern (M/F) **Role Summary:** Support the Quality Manager in advancing quality culture, reducing non‑quality incidents, and meeting customer requirements within an industrial and logistics environment. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate diplomacy, proactivity, autonomy, and rigor. - Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to synthesize information. - Show commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative work on a small‑to‑medium sized site. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in implementing action plans to reduce exported non‑conformities and non‑quality costs using appropriate tools. - Design, deliver, and facilitate internal quality training sessions (e.g., “Quality DOJO”) with practical exercises. - Participate in cross‑functional site projects, contributing ideas and improvement proposals. - Support the development and promotion of a quality‑focused mindset across the organization. - Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of quality metrics and customer requirement compliance. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic knowledge of quality management and logistics principles. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams. - Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and synthesis capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s program (e.g., BUT QLIO) or an engineering degree with a focus on Quality, Logistics, or related fields. - Eligible for a gap‑year internship or comparable practical training period. - No specific certifications required; coursework in quality management, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is advantageous.
