Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant Role Summary Expert in technical implementation and client relations, ensuring successful deployment of JALIOS software while balancing technical expertise and customer engagement. Expectations 5+ years' experience in IT technical roles, preferably in client support, R&D, or software development. Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering or related field. Key Responsibilities - Implement and configure JALIOS software solutions for clients and partners. - Provide technical consultancy, development support, and system audits. - Train clients/partners on software configurations and best practices. - Collaborate with project teams to design specifications and manage technical execution. - Mediate between standard and custom functionality to meet business needs. - Support Product Support Teams (Levels 1-2/SaaS) and contribute to software quality improvement. - Manage client inquiries as independent projects, ensuring timely resolution. - Document interventions, proposals, and technical audits. Required Skills - J2EE architecture development experience. - Web/internet/intranet portal deployment expertise. - Digital Workplace and collaboration platform knowledge. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Client communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in project management and documentation. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering or equivalent. - Professional certifications in JEE, web development, or digital workplace technologies preferred.
