**Job Title:** Regional Support Coordinator (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate, support, and drive regional sales and distribution operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, fostering distributor partnerships, achieving revenue targets, and managing customer and partner satisfaction.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable revenue and volume growth across all segments.
- Maintain high partner and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contract terms.
- Lead continuous improvement of sales processes and partner enablement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate communication among commercial animation teams, sector managers, distributors, and partners.
- Train, recruit, and upskill distributor staff; support deployment of field initiatives.
- Pilot revenue growth and volume targets across recharge, post‑pay, pre‑pay, fixed, and data segments.
- Launch and monitor new projects; develop tailored co‑marketing and sales actions per distributor.
- Identify and implement improvements in customer experience (NPS, Mystery Shopping, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales animation, logistics, finance, marketing, sales administration, LDP) to streamline processes.
- Manage distributor and contractor activities: orders, deliveries, contracts, reporting, and operational compliance.
- Supervise and resolve customer and distributor complaints, ensuring timely, high‑quality responses and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular regional visits (O.Shop, DTC, retail, souk) and lead monthly commercial meetings.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s +4/5 degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar regional support or distributor‑management role.
- Relevant certifications in sales management or distributor relations preferred but not mandatory.
