Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Health – Pharmaceutical Laboratories (M/F) **Role Summary** Accountable for driving sales and partnership development between CCC and pharmaceutical/medical device companies. The position focuses on marketing CCC’s communication spaces and event opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and securing new contracts through proactive prospecting and negotiation. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent revenue growth and meet quarterly sales targets. - Build and nurture long‑term client partnerships. - Effectively coordinate with production and event teams. - Present accurate performance reports and insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and expand portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical‑device clients. - Prospect new prospects, qualify leads, and initiate partnership discussions. - Draft customized commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms. - Coordinate information flow to production teams for event execution. - Track sales performance, key metrics, and update CRM. - Attend industry conferences and events (travel required). **Required Skills** - Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability. - Excellent communication (verbal and written). - Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented mindset. - Highly organized with rigorous follow‑up. - Interest in healthcare and event management. - Comfortable with travel for conferences (weekend travel). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor‑level (Bac +3) to Master‑level (Bac +5) in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or Event Management. - Fluent English (written and spoken) essential for international client interactions. ---
