Job Description

**Job Title:** FI/CO SAP Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and deliver SAP FI/CO implementation and transformation projects for a global organization, ensuring projects align with business objectives and overall IT strategy. Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through go‑live and post‑implementation support. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to agreed scope. - Maintain alignment between SAP solutions and business/finance processes. - Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and effective communication across all levels. - Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies promptly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project charter, scope, objectives, and governance structure. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (functional, technical, infrastructure, business). - Lead regular status meetings, progress reporting, and executive briefings. - Manage change requests, issue resolution, and risk mitigation strategies. - Oversee testing, data migration, cut‑over, and hypercare activities. - Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and corporate IT policies. **Required Skills:** - Strong functional expertise in SAP FI/CO modules. - Proven experience managing SAP implementation or upgrade projects (5+ years). - Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). - Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities. - Solid financial acumen and understanding of finance processes. - Effective communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2). - SAP FI/CO certification is a plus.
