Job Description
Job Title: Marketing and Sales Coordinator – North America Role Summary: Coordinate and execute integrated marketing and sales initiatives across North America, acting as the operational liaison between Marketing and Sales to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline growth. Expectations: Deliver high‑impact events, campaigns, and CRM processes; own end‑to‑end execution; maintain accurate data and reports; collaborate cross‑functionally; analyze performance and recommend improvements. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and client events to increase brand awareness and conversion. - Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives. - Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot) for segmentation, journey management, and reporting. - Oversee lead capture, qualification, and assignment workflows in Salesforce; ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility. - Support sales with proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documentation. - Track sales pipeline metrics, forecast performance, and provide regular KPI reports. - Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to support campaign execution. - Conduct post‑campaign analysis linking marketing activity to sales outcomes and ROI. Required Skills - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot). - Strong event planning, campaign management, and lead generation skills. - Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting. - Excellent organizational, communication, and detail‑oriented abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
