**Job Title:** Lead Developer, Data Integration & Architecture
**Role Summary**
Lead and manage end-to-end data integration projects using Talend, ESB, and API technologies on agile teams. Oversee data flow systems (EDI, API) from design to production, ensuring technical evolution and operational stability.
**Expectations**
Minimum 5 years' experience in data integration or architecture roles. Demonstrated expertise in EDI/EDI standards, API development, and integration tools. Proven leadership in cross-functional project environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise EDI/EAI/API data flows, ensuring operational uptime and technical improvements.
- Manage full-cycle integration projects, including requirements gathering (internal/clients), specifications, and technical coordination.
- Design, develop, and document data flows (EDI, API, format transformations, mappings).
- Implement project methodologies (SLA tracking, KPIs, documentation, collaboration tools).
- Propose architectural solutions addressing technical constraints (middleware, ESB, API Management).
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between IT, business stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
**Required Skills**
- Data Integration: EDI standards (EDIFACT, VDA, AS2), REST/SOAP APIs (Swagger, Apigee), orchestration tools (Talend, Mulesoft, ESB).
- Database/Systems: Advanced SQL queries, Windows/Linux environments, network understanding.
- Project Tools: Trello, GLPI.
- Technical English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Certifications in integration tools (e.g., Talend, ESB) are optional and additional.
