**Job Title**
Sourcing Manager – Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
**Role Summary**
Responsible for managing the full end‑to‑end sourcing life cycle for BPO services, including strategy development, tendering, contract negotiation, transition, contract management, and termination. Works closely with business units, supplier management, and cost teams to ensure value creation, risk mitigation, and alignment with sustainability and diversity objectives across a global supply chain.
**Expectations**
- Lead the development and execution of BPO sourcing strategies that drive cost‑savings, risk control, and sustainable value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence outsourcing decisions and align supplier solutions with business priorities.
- Continuously improve sourcing processes, leveraging best practices and emerging market trends to deliver speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Uphold high standards of commercial and contractual expertise, ensuring compliant and profitable agreements with suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the complete sourcing life cycle for BPO engagements: strategy, tender, award, transition, contract management, and termination.
- Partner with business units, supplier management, and cost teams to translate business needs into sourcing solutions and performance metrics.
- Lead contract negotiations, leveraging economies of scale and robust commercial terms to secure value.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing approaches, including joint supplier development, process automation, and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, contract compliance, cost savings, and risk indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and governance to support organizational sustainability and diversity goals.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in sourcing/ procurement, with a focus on BPO or services.
- Expertise in end‑to‑end procurement cycles, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen: cost analysis, VCP analysis, risk assessment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influence skills.
- Process improvement mindset, with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to manage complex projects, cross‑functional teams, and changing priorities.
- Knowledge of fintech, digital services, or related technology sectors is an asset.
- Familiarity with sustainability and diversity best practices within procurement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- Professional procurement certification preferred (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
