Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery and continuous improvement of the Sales and Marketing technology stack, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Own, configure, and integrate key applications (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, Outreach, People.ai, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Clari, Fullcast) to enhance automation, data quality, and system adoption, and drive AI‑enabled innovation across the sales and marketing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle for major Sales & Marketing initiatives, including planning, requirement elicitation, design, implementation, and post‑deployment support.
- Act as SME for the Sales & Marketing technology stack, providing guidance, training, and roadmap recommendations.
- Design, configure, and maintain critical applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze sales and marketing processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and data improvement, leveraging AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to develop custom integrations, reports, and dashboards; deliver actionable insights to go‑to‑market teams.
- Create and execute comprehensive UAT and test plans to guarantee feature quality and system integrity.
- Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to the technology stack to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Skills
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with ≥2 years in a senior role focused on Sales and Marketing.
- Deep expertise administering and optimizing enterprise applications (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, Outreach, People.ai, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Clari, Fullcast).
- Strong understanding of sales funnels (inquiry‑to‑lead, lead‑to‑opportunity, quote‑to‑cash) and marketing pipelines.
- Proven ability to deliver AI‑driven automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to translate technical concepts for business users and technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail; proven problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications (preferred):
- IIBA Business Analysis Certifications (e.g., CBAP) or equivalent.
- Agile Product Owner (e.g., SAFe PO).
- Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Certifications in key applications (Gong, Outreach).
- Data analysis/reporting certifications (Looker, Tableau, Salesforce).
