**Job Title:** Lead Data Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Lead and architect advanced data solutions within a digital factory. Structure and model complex internal and external data to deliver predictive analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights that directly impact core business processes. Oversee data quality, governance, and documentation while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
**Expactations:**
- Mastery of Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
- Strong statistical and machine‑learning foundation, including model development (classification, clustering, matching).
- Proven experience in data enrichment, deduplication, and matching techniques.
- Proficient with data visualization tools and the ability to translate findings into stakeholder‑friendly dashboards.
- Analytical mindset, collaborative culture, and focus on measurable business impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement cross‑application analytical data models.
- Ensure data quality, governance standards, and comprehensive documentation.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis across diverse datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Build and iterate predictive models (classification, clustering, matching, etc.).
- Develop dashboards and analytical tools for business users.
- Partner with business, data, and technical teams to translate analytical outcomes into operational solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, etc.) and advanced SQL proficiency.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine‑learning algorithms.
- Expertise in data matching, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Excellent analytical, communicative, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work with modern Big Data stacks (Cloud, Databricks, AWS).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or equivalent) are a plus but not mandatory.
