Data Scientist (NHA)
**Role Summary**
Responsible for collecting, cleaning, modeling, and providing actionable insights from diverse data sources. Develop and operationalize predictive models and automated data pipelines to support decision‑making at scale, ensuring data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
**Expectations**
- Translate raw data into strategic and predictive insights.
- Deliver robust, production‑grade machine‑learning and deep‑learning models.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to industrialize analytics.
- Uphold high standards of data integrity, security (GDPR, best practices), and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather, cleanse, and structure data from heterogeneous sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain statistical and predictive models.
- Build reproducible, automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Create dashboards and reports to disseminate insights to stakeholders.
- Work with IT to deploy, monitor, and scale models in production.
- Enforce data quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Continuously refine data methods, tools, and best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
- Strong statistical foundation and predictive‑modeling expertise.
- Mastery of Python, R, and SQL.
- Proficiency in data processing, ETL, and pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Talend, DBT).
- Experience with ML/AI libraries (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Ability to handle large, varied data volumes.
- Autonomy, rigor, continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication with cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data science, machine learning, or cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
- Practical experience with data privacy and security frameworks (GDPR compliance) is required.
