Job Description: **Job Title**: Solutions Architect **Role Summary** Architect and lead the design of enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business capabilities, architectural standards, and stakeholder expectations. Serve as the bridge between product, architecture, and delivery teams, driving the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle. **Expectations** - Deliver solutions that meet functional and non‑functional requirements. - Work autonomously, owning initiatives and engaging stakeholders at all levels. - Operate in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Communicate effectively in English; German proficiency required; French/Dutch an advantage. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze constraints and decompose business requirements into reusable Solution Building Blocks using reference architectures and proven patterns. - Act as the primary liaison among product, architecture, and delivery teams, ensuring design consistency and timely execution. - Provide integration and application architecture designs, leveraging available tools and best practices. - Guide the design lifecycle through governance mechanisms (e.g., Design Boards), employing techniques such as ADR, ATAM, CBAM. - Model solutions in ArchiMate (ArchiMate 3.2+) and maintain architecture artifacts in Sparx Enterprise Architect. - Evaluate, adopt, and evangelize modern architectural paradigms (DDD, microservices, event‑driven architecture). - Facilitate discussions using whiteboards or similar tools to promote debate and consensus. **Required Skills** - Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Solution Architect. - Proficiency in ArchiMate, TOGAF, ATAM, CBAM, and domain‑driven design. - Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is a strong plus. - Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities. - Agile mindset; experience in Agile delivery environments. - Ability to work independently yet collaboratively within teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, Certified Enterprise Architect) preferred.
