**Job Title**
Salesforce Solutions Expert – CPQ / Revenue Cloud
**Role Summary**
Provide functional leadership for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations. Design, configure, and continuously improve Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and best practices. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating workshops, user training, and advanced functional support.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality functional specifications, user guides, and process models.
- Complete at least two Salesforce certifications per year (e.g., CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Platform App Builder).
- Act as a mentor for end‑users and administrators, fostering autonomy and adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design functional architecture and perform standard configuration of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Lead functional workshops to capture, document, and formalize business requirements.
- Propose advanced, customized solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure deliverable quality: functional specifications, user manuals, and process templates.
- Participate in and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm business flows.
- Train end‑users and administrators on new features and process changes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through Salesforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical, project, and business) on complex initiatives.
- Provide advanced functional support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.
**Required Skills**
- Functional expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Strong business process analysis and formalization abilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Lightning Components).
- Experience leading UAT and managing functional testing cycles.
- Solid understanding of data management, integration flows, and governance.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications: CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Specialist, and at least one additional Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
