**Job Title** E‑Commerce Assistant (Apprenticeship) **Role Summary** Support the Digital Marketing team in France to develop, manage, and optimise e‑commerce sites for brands such as Shiseido, NARS, and Drunk Elephant. Collaborate across channels—website, CRM, and paid social—to plan, create, and publish content, execute product launches, and drive digital campaigns. Analyse performance data, report insights, and maintain competitive intelligence to secure a leading online presence. **Expectations** • 1‑2 years of experience in digital or e‑commerce, with a proven track record of content or site management. • Proficient in English (written & spoken) and fluent in Microsoft Office; Photoshop skills are a plus. • Strong analytical mindset, self‑directed, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities within an agile team culture. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, create, and implement digital content across web, CRM, and paid‑social channels in partnership with external agencies. - Translate and localise content to align with brand voice and legal requirements. - Update e‑commerce sites: product data, launch content, promotions, and site‑wide animations. - Design, launch, and monitor paid‑social campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. - Extract and analyse internal e‑commerce, merchandising, and CRM data to produce performance reports and actionable insights. - Coordinate with customer service, sales, marketing, and international headquarters to support cross‑functional initiatives. - Conduct ongoing competitor analysis: monitor rival sites, social channels, and digital trends to inform strategy. - Participate in ad‑hoc digital projects as requested by senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Content planning and digital storytelling - e‑commerce platform management (Shopify, Magento, or equivalent) - Data extraction, analysis, and reporting - Project coordination and stakeholder communication - Adaptability and proactive problem‑solving - Team collaboration in a fast‑paced, result‑driven environment **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Certification in e‑commerce, digital analytics, or content management (preferred but not mandatory).
