Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** Leads the development and execution of digital and e‑commerce strategies to drive revenue across all hotel streams (rooms, F&B, MICE, golf, spa, etc.). Manages the hotel website, OTA relationships, CRM, paid media, SEO/SEA, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and revenue goals. **Expectations:** - Partner with Director of Sales & Marketing and Revenue Manager to integrate digital tactics with revenue targets. - Maintain brand consistency and high‑quality digital content. - Use data‑driven insights to optimize the guest journey and maximize online bookings. - Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage annual/quarterly digital and e‑commerce plans and budgets. - Own website design, content, functionality, SEO/SEA, and conversion optimization. - Oversee OTA and metasearch distribution, ensuring rate parity and promotional alignment. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (search, display, social, metasearch). - Lead social media and influencer initiatives aligned with brand positioning. - Manage CRM and email marketing for rooms, F&B, and ancillary outlets. - Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, CMS, etc.) to refine strategies. - Monitor online reputation; collaborate with Guest Relations to address feedback. - Ensure Accor App visibility and content accuracy per brand standards. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and CMS platforms. - Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and conversion rate optimization. - Experience managing OTA, metasearch, and third‑party distribution channels. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; stakeholder management. - Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into revenue‑driving actions. - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to juggle competing tasks. - Results‑oriented, proactive, collaborative, and customer‑service focused. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, **or** equivalent commercial experience. - 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing/e‑commerce, preferably within hospitality or a comparable industry. - Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, or similar digital marketing qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
