Job Description
**Job title:** Finance Contract Administrator **Role summary:** Provide end‑to‑end support for customer account setup, billing, contracts, and reporting within the finance function. Works with finance, sales, and other business units to maintain accurate financial records and ensure customer and contractual requirements are met. **Expectations:** - Accurate, timely processing of customer data, invoices, and payment reminders. - Effective coordination with internal stakeholders to resolve purchase‑order and cash‑receipt issues. - Continuous improvement of finance and contract administration processes. **Key responsibilities:** - Create and maintain customer accounts and locations, ensuring record accuracy. - Resolve Salesforce cases, keep information updated, and address queries. - Upload sales invoices and credit notes to customer portals per contract terms. - Monitor customer purchase orders, identify gaps, and liaise with internal teams for resolution. - Allocate daily cash receipts, reconcile customer accounts, and prepare statements and reminders. - Generate rebate and other finance‑related reports for management. - Suggest and implement process improvements. - Assist the finance team during peak periods or special projects. **Required skills:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Clear, confident communication. - Good organisational ability and multitasking. - Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. - Experience in finance administration, contract administration, or accounts support (desirable). - Proficiency with finance systems or CRM tools (e.g., ERP, Salesforce) (desirable). **Required education & certifications:** - AAT qualification or pursuing a finance‑related qualification (desirable but not mandatory). - Eligible for apprenticeship route.
