Job Title: Management Trainee – Field Sales (Antwerp Region) Role Summary: 2‑3 year permanent management traineeship focused on commercial development, beginning with a 12‑18 month assignment as a Field Sales Representative for the Antwerp region. The role involves establishing client relationships, negotiating shelf space, and gaining FMCG market expertise for JDE Peet’s coffee and tea brands. Expactations: Graduate (BSc or MSc) or ≤2 years professional experience; available to start Jan/Feb; fluent in Dutch and English, good French; based near or willing to relocate to Antwerp/Brussels; proactive, ambitious, ownership‑driven; genuine interest in coffee/tea. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain B2B client relationships in the designated territory. • Conduct sales calls, visits, and negotiations for shelf placement and promotions. • Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance metrics. • Collect market intelligence and share insights with inside‑sales and supply‑chain teams. • Represent JDE Peet’s brands on‑site, ensuring brand compliance and visibility. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support order fulfilment and logistics.
