Job title: Bid Manager – Defense Sector (M/F) Role Summary: Lead end-to-end bid management for national and international defense and security contracts, coordinating with sales, technical, legal, finance, and production teams to develop competitive proposals and secure business. Expectations: Deliver timely, compliant bids, maintain professional relationships with clients and partners, and transition awarded contracts to project teams. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze client specifications and RFx requirements. • Draft subcontractor/partner RFPs. • Manage bid projects and gather detailed cost and technical data. • Quantify technical and commercial risks. • Develop proposals leveraging cross-functional expertise (engineering, legal, finance, quality). • Facilitate proposal validation reviews. • Negotiate contractual terms with commercial and legal stakeholders. • Hand off awarded contracts to project execution teams.
