**Job Title:** ADHD Prescriber **Role Summary:** Supports adult ADHD patients remotely through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and medication management. Works independently within a governance‑led framework, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care from initial assessment through ongoing titration and follow‑up. **Expectations:** - Perform adult ADHD assessments and produce diagnostic reports in line with recognized clinical frameworks. - Initiate, titrate, and monitor medication plans safely and effectively. - Maintain accurate records, adhere to clinical governance and data protection standards. - Work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed clinical histories, symptom reviews, and functional impact assessments. - Generate high‑quality diagnostic reports and clinical documentation. - Prescribe appropriate ADHD medication and manage titration reviews. - Monitor treatment response, side effects, and adjust prescribing plans. - Provide clear outcomes, treatment recommendations, and patient education. - Maintain accurate patient records compliant with data protection. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members while working remotely. **Required Skills:** - Strong clinical decision‑making and prescribing judgment. - Proficient in ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and medication management. - Excellent report‑writing and documentation abilities. - Ability to work autonomously in a remote clinical environment. - Familiarity with clinical governance and data protection regulations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Qualified Independent Prescriber (V300 or equivalent). - Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with current NMC or GPhC registration. - Accredited training in ADHD assessment and diagnosis. - Minimum 6 months experience completing adult ADHD assessments. - Minimum 6 months experience conducting ADHD medication titrations for adults.
