Job Description
**Job Title:** Assistant HR Recruitment (M/F) **Role Summary:** Provide operational support to the Workforce & Recruitment Unit of a municipal early‑childhood department. Assist recruiters in managing the full recruitment cycle, internal mobility, interim staffing, and HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contributing to process improvements. **Expectations:** - Execute recruitment and staffing processes efficiently and accurately. - Maintain up‑to‑date recruitment dashboards and activity reports. - Support internal mobility and interim workforce coordination. - Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and adherence to HR policies. - Act as liaison between line managers and external agencies. - Identify and propose solutions to workflow bottlenecks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Publish job ads, screen applications, schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates. - Update and monitor recruitment KPI dashboards and produce regular activity reports. - Assist with internal mobility requests, including candidate convocations and feedback. - Collect interim staffing needs, manage agency mandates, and track interim contracts. - Verify compliance with internal HR procedures throughout all processes. - Provide backup support to the Payroll & Benefits Unit (e.g., meal vouchers, year‑end bonuses). - Manage filing, archiving, and retrieval of HR documents. - Flag procedural issues and suggest corrective actions. **Required Skills:** - Proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentation tools). - Strong organizational and planning abilities; capable of managing multiple interview schedules. - Analytical mindset with capacity to synthesize data for dashboards and reports. - Excellent interpersonal skills; teamwork‑oriented and service‑focused. - High level of rigor, methodical approach, and attentive listening. - Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to make constructive proposals. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. - HR‑related certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus but not mandatory.
