Job Description
**Job title:** Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** A seasoned generalist marketer in the property sector who will lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives, from planning high‑impact events to executing digital campaigns that showcase the company’s communities. The role demands strong project management, creative oversight, and cross‑departmental coordination to deliver cohesive brand experiences across physical and online channels. **Expectations:** - Deliver marketing programmes that align with business objectives and brand standards. - Manage the full lifecycle of events, digital assets, and communications with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset. - Drive consistent, high‑quality content creation and distribution across website, portal, social media, and email channels. - Serve as the liaison between Marketing, Sales and Operations, ensuring seamless flow of information and support. - Travel nationally as required, maintaining a personal vehicle and full driving licence. - Work within a hybrid model, collaborating in the office while maintaining productive remote engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, coordinate and attend marketing events (launches, open days, site tours), handling logistics, stakeholder coordination and post‑event follow‑up. - Capture resident stories and translate into compelling case studies, newsletters, and visual assets. - Maintain website, portal listings (Google My Business, Rightmove, Autumna, Lottie) and social media profiles ensuring accuracy, freshness and engagement. - Design and distribute email campaigns, crafting copy, visuals, and maintaining a mailing list. - Produce, edit and manage creative content (posters, signage, hoarding, brochures) ensuring brand consistency. - Organise professional photo shoots, liaise with photographers, and keep media libraries current. - Support senior managers with PR requests, market research, media calendars, Salesforce campaigns, purchase orders and invoicing. - Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend optimisations to enhance reach and conversion. **Required Skills:** - Proven event management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. - Strong digital marketing competency: content creation, social media strategy, email marketing, and web content management. - Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Silverstripe or Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels. - Self‑stimulant project management, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Valid UK driving licence and personal vehicle; willingness to travel nationally. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. - Salesforce or other marketing automation certifications advantageous but not mandatory.
