Business Operations Lead
**Role Summary**
Own and drive high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the organization, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to translate vision into scalable execution. Build the BizOps function from the ground up, integrating strategy, finance, product, and operations to deliver data‑driven insights and robust processes.
**Expectations**

- Own and continuously improve key metrics, dashboards, and operating cadences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with executive team to identify and prioritize high‑leverage initiatives (e.g., connectivity, go‑to‑market, pricing, international expansion, corporate planning).
- Design, develop, and implement scalable business processes to support rapid growth.
- Define, track, and report key business metrics; build dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
- Structure ambiguous business problems, distill complex data, and recommend solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Own the strategic planning calendar: annual planning, quarterly reviews, and operating rhythms.
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership, turning strategic vision into executable plans.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years in high‑performance roles (management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or tech BizOps/Strategy & Operations).
- Proven ability to tackle unstructured problems and deliver end‑to‑end initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel modeling and data manipulation (Looker, SQL).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at aligning senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, low‑ego mindset with influence‑without‑authority capability.
- Curiosity for system improvement and a passion for continuous optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, PMP) are a plus.
