**Job Title** Director, Business Development **Role Summary** Lead business growth in the United Kingdom by expanding the client base, developing new opportunities, and managing end‑to‑end sales cycles. Build and sustain strategic relationships with key decision‑makers and coordinate cross‑functional teams to secure and deliver contract research services. **Expectations** - Drive consistent revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. - Travel as required for client engagement, industry events, and internal coordination. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and develop new business within the UK CRO market, targeting defined accounts. 2. Cultivate long‑term relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations. 3. Analyze market opportunities, create detailed business plans, and design sales strategies for each account. 4. Identify client needs, propose appropriate PSI solutions, and align on value proposition. 5.
