Job Description: Job title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end development of an API‑first chemistry platform, bridging product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver high‑impact features quickly and reliably. Expactations: • 5+ years of commercial software engineering. • Proven leadership in full‑cycle feature ownership. • High emotional intelligence and strong cross‑functional communication. Key Responsibilities: - Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable sprint stories and design solutions. - Own feature lifecycle from concept through deployment, including monitoring and impact analysis. - Collaborate with infrastructure on architecture, DevOps, and scaling. - Champion testing, coding standards, and maintain user‑facing documentation. - Mentor junior developers and drive knowledge sharing. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements. Required Skills: - Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, Supabase). - JavaScript/TypeScript, React, UI/UX awareness. - Relational database expertise (PostgreSQL, SQL, ORM such as SQLAlchemy). - Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD (GitLab, ArgoCD). - AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and modern DevOps practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
