Job title: Senior HR Professional Role Summary: Spearheads end‑to‑end HR processes—compensation, performance management, talent acquisition and development—while providing strategic HR guidance and resolving employee matters. Required Skills: - Proficiency in full‑cycle recruitment and talent development. - In‑depth knowledge of compensation & benefits administration. - Strong analytical and data‑visualization abilities (scorecards, dashboards). - Expertise in employee relations, investigations, and corrective action. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to handle ambiguity, make sound judgment, and influence senior leaders. - Experience with HRIS and HR‑SME collaboration.
