Job Description
**Job Title:** Reporting Analyst – SAP Analytics Cloud **Role Summary:** Own the end‑to‑end implementation, launch, and ongoing embedment of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as the primary reporting platform for Group Finance. Work independently to deliver dashboards, reports, and analysis that meet regulatory and financial reporting standards while establishing governance, security, and scalability. **Expectations:** - Lead SAC build‑out and go‑live within the first 6 months. - Establish SAC as the sole front‑end for Group Reporting. - Deliver high‑quality dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for core financial reporting, annual reports, and regulatory returns. - Collaborate with finance, IT, project teams, and external partners to define and implement “good” solutions. - Drive user adoption and champion SAC benefits across the organisation. - Create and enforce governance structures (security, standards, best practices) to support scalability. - Operate autonomously, with oversight rather than detailed guidance. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, develop, and test SAC solutions for Group Reporting. 2. Coordinate with SAP S/4HANA data owners to extract, transform, and load data into SAC. 3. Build interactive dashboards, KPI trackers, and analytical reports. 4. Define security roles, data models, and governance policies. 5. Conduct training, workshops, and user support to ensure adoption. 6. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and refine solutions. 7. Document requirements, specifications, and technical designs. 8. Engage senior finance stakeholders for continuous improvement and change management. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (implementation or delivery). - At least 5 years of comprehensive BI/Analytics experience (requirements to delivery). - Proficiency accessing and modeling SAP S/4HANA data. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. - Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and change‑leading in small teams. - Ability to translate business needs into technical SAC solutions. - Familiarity with governance, security, and best‑practice frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - SAP Analytics Cloud certification preferred but not mandatory.
