**Role Summary**
Lead the global product‑marketing function, setting vision, positioning, pricing, and launch strategy for a high‑growth SaaS identity platform. Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating complex technical concepts into compelling market narratives and building a world‑class global team that fuels revenue growth.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a compelling go‑to‑market strategy that differentiates the product in a rapidly evolving enterprise market.
- Build, scale, and lead a global product‑marketing organization (4+ lines of management).
- Partner with senior leaders to align messaging, sales tools, and launch cadence with product and revenue goals.
- Influence C‑suite executives, analysts, and key customers; spend ~30% of time in external stakeholder engagements.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Team Leadership** – recruit, coach, and develop a multi‑regional product‑marketing team; instill a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
2. **Go‑to‑Market Strategy** – define target segments, personas, value propositions, and messaging frameworks; refine over time based on market feedback.
3. **Sales Enablement & Field Readiness** – create training programs, positioning scripts, battle cards, and toolkits that enable the sales organization to differentiate and close deals.
4. **Product Positioning & Messaging** – own the narrative across all product lines; produce high‑impact content (presentations, demos, competitive briefs, campaign assets) for the full buyer journey.
5. **Product Launch Excellence** – co‑lead cross‑functional launch plans, ensuring cohesive messaging, program execution, and impact measurement.
6. **External Influence** – represent the brand to analysts, media, and industry conferences; build strong customer relationships and advocacy.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, cloud identity, and security solutions.
- Proven expertise in go‑to‑market planning, pricing, and monetization.
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities with a data‑driven approach.
- Leadership of global, cross‑functional teams with demonstrated scaling success.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior corporate audiences (CEOs, Boards).
- Ability to partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
