Job title: IT Business Analyst – ERP Finance
Role Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between finance operations and IT to enhance, configure, and integrate ERP modules (FI/CO/Projects) across a multi‑site industrial environment. Translate finance business requirements into technical specifications, oversee development, ensure seamless integration with ancillary systems, coordinate testing, production deployment, and user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

- Maintain and improve documentation, procedures, and knowledge transfer to end users.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document finance user requirements and challenge feasibility.
- Draft technico‑functional specifications for ERP enhancements.
- Configure ERP Finance modules (FI, CO, Projects) on the selected platform.
- Manage development activities related to ERP changes, ensuring alignment with overall IT architecture.
- Guarantee integration of new features with other modules and external applications (BI, treasury, consolidation).
- Participate in testing phases, user acceptance, and production go‑live.
- Produce and maintain documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.
- Coordinate communications among project leads, IT teams, and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for finance IT service quality.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to translate finance business needs into IT solutions.
- Experience with ERP Finance platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor LN).
- Understanding of finance and management accounting processes (FI/CO).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated, autonomous, collaborative, and proactive.
- Proficient in English (conversational or higher).
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT/ERP within a finance context.
- Experience in an industrial setting, preferably automotive, is desirable.
- Valid certifications in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor) or related IT architecture are a plus.
