Job Description
Job title: Junior Project Coordinator Role Summary: Provide end‑to‑end support in the planning and execution of creative and marketing projects for external clients in a fast‑paced agency environment. Coordinate internal teams, maintain project schedules, monitor deliverables, and facilitate client communication. Expectations: - Recent graduate or equivalent experience with strong interest in project management. - Proactive, organised, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to agency workflows and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers and Account Teams in creating and maintaining project timelines, task lists, and status reports. - Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure on‑time project delivery. - Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, and Digital teams; identify and communicate potential risks or delays to senior staff. - Maintain accurate project documentation and trackers. - Support day‑to‑day client communications: prepare status updates, record minutes, circulate actions, and manage feedback loop. - Attend client meetings, take notes, and ensure follow‑up actions are completed. - Perform basic project administration: produce estimates, processing purchase orders, invoicing support, and time/cost tracking. - Help keep projects within agreed scope and budget. Required Skills: - Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. - Proactive problem‑solving attitude. - Comfortable with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar (preferred). - Basic understanding of project management principles (preferred). - Interest or knowledge in advertising, creative, digital, or integrated marketing (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Recent graduate (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in any discipline. - No specific professional certifications required.
