Job Description
Job Title: Learning and Development Partner Role Summary: A learning professional who partners with global Business Units and Corporate teams to assess performance needs, design and deliver blended learning solutions, evaluate effectiveness, and champion a continuous learning culture. Expactations: - Apply ADDIE framework and 70‑20‑10 model to develop engaging, learner‑centric programmes across multiple learning modalities. - Align learning initiatives with organisational values, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Champion digital learning using tools such as Articulate360, Synthesia and partner vendors. - Deliver effective facilitation in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings, managing diverse audiences. - Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct global learning needs analysis in partnership with SMEs and HR Business Partners. - Design, develop and deliver interactive blended learning programmes. - Support SMEs with content development, applying innovative learning principles. - Facilitate learning sessions across face‑to‑face and virtual environments. - Champion digital learning initiatives and support delivery through Articulate360, Synthesia, and external vendors. - Embed organisational values into all learning materials and activities. - Evaluate learning effectiveness, produce insightful reporting, and recommend improvements. - Promote and communicate global learning opportunities, acting as a continual learning ambassador. - Contribute to cross‑functional Talent, Learning, Culture/HR projects supporting the global strategy. Required Skills: - Instructional design accreditation (e.g., ADDIE, CIPD or equivalent). - Proven experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating blended learning solutions. - Proficient facilitation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual formats. - Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proactive, organized, able to manage conflicting demands and ambiguity. - Advanced analytical skills for evaluating learning impact and reporting. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design or related field. - Instructional design accreditation and/l; CIPD qualification or equivalent talent/learning accreditation.
