Technical Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead a cross‑functional squad (backend, frontend, QA, design, product) to design, build, and deliver high‑quality microservices on Azure. Serve as hands‑on architect, mentor, and advocate for clean code and engineering excellence.
**Expectations**

- Balance speed, scalability, and user experience in product decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable .NET 8 microservices on Azure.
- Collaborate with React/Next.js developers to deliver seamless UI experiences.
- Drive technical discussions, enforce clean architecture, and elevate engineering standards.
- Integrate with infrastructure (Docker, AKS, Nginx, RabbitMQ) and observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Sentry).
- Ensure quality by working closely with QA, automation testers, and product stakeholders.
- Contribute to shared tooling, developer experience, and CI/CD pipelines.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of software development, 2+ in technical lead/architect roles.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, Azure, Entity Framework, MassTransit, Mediator.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, event‑driven architecture, and clean code principles.
- Experience with Redis, MongoDB, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Front‑end familiarity with React, Next.js, TypeScript.
- Mentoring, communication, and collaboration in agile environments.
- Passion for continuous improvement, observability, and developer tooling.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate / Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer.
