Job Description
**Job Title** Intern – Event Communication Assistant **Role Summary** Assist in the digital and data aspects of a professional trade show, focusing on a 60‑year anniversary campaign. Support CRM, web content, and on‑site digital operations to enhance attendee and exhibitor experience and data quality. **Expectations** * Deliver accurate, timely data updates and digital content for the event’s website and newsletters. * Produce actionable reporting on digital campaign performance. * Coordinate on‑site digital tools and support event logistics. * Conduct ongoing research into best practices and propose optimisations. **Key Responsibilities** * Update visitor databases and Web pages (news, programme, partners). * Create campaign performance reports (open rates, clicks, user paths) using Excel and Power BI. * Upload and manage programme content, speakers, and agenda items on the event website. * Publish communication assets and order tracking tools for exhibitors. * Design and integrate 60‑year anniversary content (banners, visuals from templates, dedicated newsletter sections). * Provide digital and logistical support on‑site (badges, reception, expert routes, photocalls, QR codes). * Maintain vigilance on UX/CRM best practices in trade shows. * Identify optimisation levers for digital visitor and exhibitor experience. **Required Skills** * Strong analytical and data handling capabilities. * Proficient with Excel, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Canva, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to produce clear, concise reports and content. * Excellent teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment. * Interest in digital tools, performance measurement, and event marketing. **Required Education & Certifications** * Current Master’s (M2) student in Digital Marketing or Event Communication (or equivalent). * Academic background from a specialized institution (e.g., INSEEC, IAE, EFAP, Université Jean Moulin, EMLyon) is preferred.
