Job Title: Data & AI Enablement – CIB Risk Unit Associate Role Summary: Integrate generative AI (GPT, Gemini) into credit and market risk processes, translating strategic data initiatives into scalable tools that enhance underwriting analysis, issuer monitoring, and decision-making. Expactations: * Apply AI/ML to credit and market risk domains, ensuring alignment with risk policies and responsible AI standards. * Deliver operational prototypes, governance support, and training materials that promote a data‑driven culture. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as AI subject‑matter integrator between business use cases and AI capabilities. - Translate AI strategy into prototypes and scalable solutions for underwriting analysis, portfolio monitoring, and stress testing. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, risk analysts, and stakeholders to develop tailored AI/ML use cases. - Advise on AI tool selection, governance, and compliance with data protection and ethical standards. - Develop training content, frameworks, and best‑practice guides for large‑scale AI adoption. - Monitor generative AI developments, assessing applicability to market and credit risk environments. Required Skills: - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R applied to financial modeling or data analysis. - Advanced quantitative and analytical abilities, including mathematics and probability. - Knowledge of Market Risk, Liquidity, and Valuation models. - Experience managing large datasets (SQL, Big Data). - Strong communication skills in English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - (Optional) Certifications in data science, AI, or risk management frameworks.
