Job Description
**Job Title:** Demand & Supply Planner **Role Summary:** Support the transformation of sales forecasting processes by managing statistical tools, aligning commercial ambitions with industrial capabilities, and optimizing supply-demand coordination in a global lingerie brand. **Expectations:** Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in demand planning, preferably in international environments. Requires strong analytical skills, autonomy, and collaboration across marketing, supply, and finance teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process and validate sales forecast data in statistical software. - Manage product lifecycles and analyze low-historical-data products. - Coordinate forecasts with Marketing and Markets teams to ensure collection alignment. - Analyze forecast accuracy, drivers, and month-over-month variations. - Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process: consolidate demand forecasts, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and prepare decision inputs. - Track forecast performance (e.g., MAPE) and recommend corrective actions. - Communicate insights to operations, commercial, and finance teams. **Required Skills:** - Data analysis and forecasting expertise. - Statistical software proficiency. - Excel/Google Sheets mastery. - Cross-functional project coordination. - French (implicit in job title/requirements); English operational. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+4). - No specific certifications mandated. - Preferred: experience with DP tools (Dynasys/Futurmaster), ERP (SAP/APO), or BI platforms (Tableau/Cognos).
