Job Title: Solution Architect Role Summary: Design and lead end‑to‑end solution architectures for telecom BSS environments, integrating multiple platform components and legacy systems. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective technical designs, delivering high‑quality HLD/LLD documentation and UML models. Collaborate across multi‑vendor, cross‑functional teams using Agile and BDD practices to ensure seamless delivery. Expectations: Deliver architecture that balances functional and non‑functional requirements, aligns with business strategy, and meets TMF and industry standards. Mentor stakeholders, facilitate decision‑making, and ensure architectural consistency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop end‑to‑end architectures for Order Management, Product Catalogue, CRM (Salesforce), Billing, Service Orchestration, Inventory, and Service Assurance. - Create HLD/LLD diagrams, UML models, and documentation using industry‑standard tools. - Define integration patterns for microservices, API gateways, event‑driven systems, Kafka brokers, and queues, managing 120+ integration points. - Translate business processes into technical designs for Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) flows in Tier‑1 telecom operators. - Ensure adherence to TMF standards: Product Ordering (TMF641), Service Ordering, Service Activation, Service Inventory (TMF638). - Drive architectural governance, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and cost efficiency. - Lead cross‑functional workshops, facilitating collaboration between business, product, engineering, and vendor teams. - Apply Agile delivery practices and Behave/BDD (Gherkin) for collaborative workflows. Required Skills: - Proven experience designing end‑to‑end BSS architectures in telecom. - Strong command of HLD/LLD, UML, and architecture tooling. - Expertise in microservices, API gateways, event‑driven architectures, Kafka, and message queues. - Deep understanding of BSS platforms: Order Management, Product Catalogue, Salesforce CRM, Billing, Service Orchestration, Inventory, Service Assurance. - Knowledge of integration patterns and data models at implementation level. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and BDD frameworks (Behave/Gherkin). - Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and decision‑making skills.
