Job Description
Job title: International BtoB Development Manager Role Summary: Lead the international BtoB sales strategy for a global destination and hospitality brand, building and maintaining relationships with travel industry partners across Europe. Drive market entry, partnership growth, and revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and brand visibility. Expactations: - Achieve set quarterly sales targets and annual revenue objectives. - Expand the partner portfolio by identifying and securing new OTA, tour operator, and client relationships. - Maintain high client satisfaction scores through proactive service and issue resolution. - Provide accurate, timely sales reporting and KPI analysis to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and onboard new BtoB partners (OTAs, tour operators, reception agencies) internationally. - Cultivate and grow existing partner accounts with personalized engagement and tailored solutions. - Analyze market and competitive landscapes to uncover growth opportunities and adjust offerings accordingly. - Represent the brand at international trade shows, workshops, and networking events to build visibility and a professional network. - Develop and execute the international BtoB commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals. - Set realistic sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust tactics as needed. - Produce regular activity and performance reports for senior management. - Negotiate contracts, manage terms, and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables. - Identify partner needs, propose relevant products, and monitor satisfaction and resolution of any issues. - Conduct ongoing market intelligence, tourism trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking; share insights with internal teams. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of BtoB sales/ business development experience in the tourism, hospitality, or related sector. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing profitable partnerships. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities. - Proficiency in English (oral and written); knowledge of Dutch or German is an asset. - Analytical mindset for data interpretation, reporting, and market trend analysis. - Self‑motivated with high levels of autonomy, adaptability, and teamwork. - Ability to travel international (~70 % of time) and work remotely. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Commerce, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field. - Professional certifications in sales or international business development are advantageous.
