**Job title** Sales Operations Analyst Intern **Role Summary** Intern on the Revenue Operations team at a high‑growth SaaS company. Build and refine revenue forecasting models, analyze sales pipeline data, and create dashboards to support strategic decision‑making over a 6‑month contract. **Expectations** - Deliver a forecasting improvement project driving higher prediction accuracy. - Produce weekly/monthly sales forecast reports for leadership. - Develop data‑visualization dashboards and respond to ad‑hoc analytics requests. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, build, and iterate forecasting models for monthly and quarterly revenue. - Analyze historical sales data for seasonality, patterns, and leading indicators. - Monitor pipeline health, coverage ratios, and deal progression to flag risks. - Track forecast accuracy, diagnose variance, and recommend improvement actions. - Document forecasting methodology, assumptions, and best‑practice guidelines. - Create and maintain sales performance dashboards (pipeline, conversion, win rates, quota). - Assist in data quality initiatives and CRM data integrity checks. - Perform rapid ad‑hoc analyses to address sales leadership needs. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: pivot tables, charts, basic modeling. - Solid quantitative mindset: statistics, analytical problem‑solving. - Comfortable with data structures; basic databases. - Ability to learn SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Omni), and CRM platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to explain insights to non‑technical stakeholders. - Curiosity and proactivity: take ownership of projects and ask questions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. ---
