Job Description
**Job title**: Supply Chain Coordinator **Role Summary**: Coordinate end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities across EMEA to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of reusable packaging solutions. Drive continuous improvement, forecast demand, optimize inventory, and support network design while aligning with finance, procurement, and commercial teams. **Expectations**: - Maintain high order fulfilment (DIFOT/OTIF) performance. - Analyze supply‑chain data to diagnose trends and implement corrective actions. - Work cross‑functionally to influence decisions and manage expectations. - Deliver accurate demand forecasts and inventory strategies. **Key Responsibilities**: - Track and report on fulfilment metrics (DIFOT/OTIF) and identify root causes of deviations. - Monitor asset utilization across EMEA; balance inventory pools and anticipate seasonal demand peaks. - Develop data‑driven forecasting models with commercial partners; translate forecasts into resource, asset, and capex plans. - Define optimal inventory levels and safety stock policies in collaboration with Finance and Procurement. - Support logistic and network design optimization, balancing load, wash spend, and contingency capacity to meet growth targets. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience in supply‑chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; proficiency in translating data into actionable insights. - High numerical aptitude and advanced competency in planning tools (SAP, TMS, Excel, Power BI or equivalent). - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with and influence cross‑functional stakeholders. - Proactive, hands‑on attitude with adaptability to dynamic environments. - Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, SCM) preferred but not mandatory.
