Job Title: Trading Operations Analyst Role Summary: Entry‑level analyst responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of digital asset trades within a global trading environment. Oversees the full trade lifecycle, monitors positions, resolves discrepancies, and supports cross‑functional teams to maintain operational integrity and risk controls. Expactations: - Apply strong analytical and numerical skills to data‑driven trade activity. - Deliver timely resolution of trade breaks, margin issues, and reconciliation tasks. - Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and automation initiatives. - Adapt to a fast‑paced, weekend‑inclusive trading schedule while collaborating with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Book, confirm, settle, and reconcile all digital asset transactions. - Monitor positions, balances, and exposure to maintain data accuracy. - Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and margin related issues. - Coordinate with Trading, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams for daily operations. - Manage cash and collateral movements across exchanges and custodians. - Generate and interpret operational and risk reports to inform decision‑making. - Document processes, propose workflow automation, and drive control enhancements. - Develop knowledge of crypto exchange infrastructure, DeFi protocols, and market structure. Required Skills - Strong analytical and quantitative thinking. - Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar data tools. - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple time‑sensitive tasks. - Effective written and verbal communication across cross‑functional teams. - Flexibility to support a global trading environment, including weekend coverage. - Curiosity and proactive learning mindset about finance and technology intersections.
