**Job Title:** Product Team Leader
**Role Summary:**
Lead and inspire a retail store team to deliver an outstanding customer journey through expert product handling, visual merchandising, and high‑level service. Support the Product & Commercial Manager in driving sales, KPIs, and operational standards while developing a motivated, high‑performing workforce.
**Expectations:**
- Achieve store KPIs (sales, conversion, stock loss, payroll, VOC, RFID).
- Maintain visual standards and “wow” product presentation.
- Manage all store operations, including health & safety compliance.
- Coach and develop team members to foster engagement and performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to implement improvements.
- Work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Execute strong visual merchandising and product placement that enhances the customer journey.
2. Oversee daily store operations across service, people, and logistics functions.
3. Support Commercial/Product Manager in applying commercial tools to drive actions and sales.
4. Drive KPI performance: sales, stock loss reduction, payroll control, conversion rates, VOC, and RFID compliance.
5. Ensure health & safety and other regulatory standards are met.
6. Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team; conduct performance reviews, training, and recognition initiatives.
7. Perform hands‑on tasks such as floor resets, layout adjustments, display building, and stock replenishment.
8. Report on sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven retail experience, preferably with supervisory/leadership responsibility.
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and emotional‑intelligence skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Proficiency with commercial tools and data analysis for KPI tracking.
- Adaptability, proactive problem‑solving, and solid time‑management.
- Physical capability to perform store‑floor tasks and occasional lifting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail or fashion‑related qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Retail Operations) preferred but not mandatory.
- Health & safety awareness training or certification desirable.
