Growth Marketing Analyst
**Role Summary**
Data‑driven marketing analyst responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and reporting on paid media, search, email, and partnership campaigns. Leverages SQL, dashboards, and experimentation to deliver insights that improve acquisition, retention, and ROI across the full customer funnel.
**Expactations**
* Deliver actionable insights that directly influence campaign targeting, creative, and budget allocation.
* Partner with marketing, product, and ad‑operations teams to define growth metrics, design experiments, and interpret results.
* Maintain clean, repeatable reporting pipelines and dashboards that stakeholders can use to track performance.
* Continuously identify and push for testing opportunities to increase growth KPI impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze campaign performance across paid social, search, email, and partnership channels to uncover growth levers.
* Extract, clean, and model data from marketing platforms, web analytics, and CRM systems using SQL and analytical tools.
* Define, monitor, and report on key metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion, retention, funnel drop‑off, long‑term trends).
* Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the effect of creative and product changes on KPIs.
* Translate data findings into clear, data‑backed recommendations for targeting, creative, and channel optimization.
* Build and maintain dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to communicate performance to cross‑functional teams.
* Influence roadmap priorities and decision‑making through expertise in growth marketing best practices.
**Required Skills**
* 2–5 years experience in marketing analytics, campaign optimization, or growth strategy.
* Strong knowledge of growth marketing, attribution models, and full‑funnel metrics.
* Proficient in SQL and comfortable handling large data sets.
* Experience with BI and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM/automation platforms.
* Ability to conduct funnel analysis, interpret experiments, and articulate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
* Collaborative, proactive mindset focused on growth.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
