Drive planning, execution, risk, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, cost, and environmental objectives. **Expectations:** - Full accountability for program customer satisfaction and profitability. - Deliver approved business cases, meet or exceed defined KPIs, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute all program lifecycle phases, including bid management and program closeout. - Lead a matrix program team, coordinating resources, schedules, and deliverables. - Serve as primary customer interface, managing commercial relations and communication. - Establish, maintain, and communicate baselines for technical scope, cost, schedule, and resources. - Implement and monitor program performance through Earned Value Management and KPIs. - Oversee risk and opportunity management, data management, and configuration control. - Ensure adherence to program management and support processes, including quality, environmental (ISO 14001), and continuous improvement initiatives. - Promote lean principles and drive process improvements across the team. **Required Skills:** - Proven program management in aerospace or industrial manufacturing, with contracts > €25 m and ≥10 years experience. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team motivation abilities. - Expertise in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and schedule management. - Proficiency in risk, opportunity, and performance measurement (EVM). - Process‑mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving. - Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch, French, and English. - Advanced MS Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and data analysis skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent). - PMP and/or Prince2 (or equivalent) program management certification.

Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Quality Engineer **Role Summary** Lead supplier‑quality activities for aerospace products, ensuring compliance with industry standards (EN9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949) and customer requirements. Serve as the internal point of contact for all supplier‑quality related matters, collaborating with supply chain, procurement, and program teams. **Expectations** - Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality and processes. - Maintain rigorous oversight of supplier performance and quality documentation. - Support global mobility with 30–50 % travel to suppliers. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and enforce quality requirements for suppliers’ products, processes, and incoming inspections. - Manage supplier quality plans, contracts, and compliance with norms and standards. - Lead First‑Article Inspection (FAI) follow‑up and implement APQP for critical suppliers and work transfers. - Validate and monitor any changes impacting supplier quality. - Conduct supplier audits, qualifications, and KPI‑based performance monitoring. - Develop corrective and preventive action plans (RCCA, complaint handling, non‑conformity resolution). - Support onboarding of new suppliers, workload planning, and work‑transfer activities. - Collaborate across business units, procurement, program management, and quality teams to align objectives. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain quality for aerospace or related high‑tech sector. - Strong written and verbal communication in English and French/Dutch. - Proficiency in problem‑solving methodologies (8‑D, 5 Whys, etc.). - Knowledge of aerospace materials, structural components, and assembly processes. - Solid understanding of AS/EN9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949, APQP (EN9145). - Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T. - Team‑leader skills, analytical mindset, assertiveness, and a results‑driven approach. - Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, S/4HANA). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Electronics, Mechanics, Materials Science) or equivalent. - Certifications in quality management or related fields (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are advantageous.
